I learned early, and I never stopped learning
I learned to cook when I was 8 years old with my grandma—she taught me to do everything with passion. I also went to culinary school, and I keep learning every day because I want to get better with every service.
I lead with love and purpose
My secret in the kitchen is love. If I don’t love what I do, it wouldn’t be worth doing—and seeing people truly enjoy my food is what makes my heart feel great.
